With 32 bit apps inability to address 4G I selected the 64 bit version of Vista Home Premium and like you am finding that Microsoft's Virtual PC does not support it. So I can either spend another $250 to upgrade (and is that a smooth just pop the disk in upgrade?) or buying VMware Workstation for $180.
